MUSI 2211 - Music Theory III

(2:3:0) Prerequisites: MUSI 1211 and MUSI 1212. Advanced harmony part writing and keyboard analysis and writing of more advanced tonal harmony including chromaticism and extended tertian structures.  Introduction to 20th century compositional procedures and survey of the traditional large forms of composition.  Correlated study at the keyboard.  Semester Hours: 2 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0
