KINE 1127 - Aerobics (1:0:3) Aerobic exercise to music. Students will be provided with an opportunity to strengthen their cardio respiratory system, decrease percent body fat, tone and firm muscles. This course is designed to increase energy, mental clarity and health as a part of one’s lifestyle. The class will incorporate high, light, and low impact movements, and flexibility.
