DFTG 1305 - Introduction to Technical Drawing
This is an introductory course in the fundamentals of technical drafting. This course is designed to build a strong foundation in the practices and principles of drafting and computer-aided design that includes: reading, interpreting, and developing technical sketches and drawings, lettering techniques, annotations, scales, line types, line weights, geometric construction, orthographic projections, pictorial views, sectional views, dimension drawings, calculations, and measurements.
