The Design Communications Basic Skills Certificate focuses on software skills for digital illustration and layout techniques for print, web design and multimedia. Students are trained in the use of industry-standard graphics and design software for the field. Students completing the following curriculum will receive a Certificate of Proficiency. This is a TSI waived certificate.

*Although not a requirement for this degree, students are strongly encouraged to take HUDV 1100 during the first semester of enrollment.
