The following curriculum is designed to prepare students for an academic and seamless transfer to Lubbock Christian University where they may complete requirements for a baccalaureate teaching degree with an emphasis in early childhood education through sixth grade or fourth through eighth grade. This curriculum satisfies all of the requirements for an Associate of Arts in Teaching degree. However, additional course work may be accepted by the transfer university. Consult faculty advisor for more information. Advisor is Annette Smith, coordinator of the Associate of Arts in Teaching Program and assistant professor of education.

*Although not a requirement for this degree, students are strongly encouraged to take HUDV 1100 during the first semester of enrollment.
