This certificate option provides enhanced skills for employment in the video production field and is designed to be a continuation for the Video Production Technology Associates Degree.  It is intended to provide skills beyond career entry as recommended by the Video Production Technology Advisory Committee. Graduates will possess additional skills in live television, leadership roles, news broadcast, and will create a portfolio to help with procuring a job.  Students must complete the Video Production Technology Associates Degree program as a prerequisite to enrollment. Students who complete the following curriculum receive an Enhanced Skills Certificate of Proficiency. To qualify for the Certificate of Proficiency, the student must complete a Capstone Experience in the final semester of the program.
