The two-year program in real estate is designed to provide students with a broad base of educational and practical experience which will enable them to function effectively and efficiently in the real estate industry. Students who satisfactorily complete the prescribed curriculum will be eligible to receive an Associate of Applied Science degree and will satisfy the educational requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission to take the Texas Real Estate Commission Sales Agent License examination.
