This course of study provides basic skills necessary for employment in the electrical utility field. Students, with the aid of their advisor, select courses from the desired area of the electrical industry that suit their desires. Those students who complete the following curriculum, which includes a capstone experience in the final semester, receive a Certificate of Proficiency.
This is a TSI-waived cerificate. Students declaring this major are not subject to the TSI regulations unless they enroll in a course outside the prescribed curriculum.
