This course of study provides basic skills necessary for employment in the electrician industry. Students, with the aid of their advisor, select courses from the area of the electrical industry that suits their desires. Those students who complete the following curriculum, which includes a capstone experience in the final semester, receive a Certificate of Proficiency. This is a TSI-waived certificate.  Students declaring this major are not subject to the TSI regulations unless they enroll in a course outside the prescribed curriculum.
