FIRT 1331 - Firefighting Strategies and Tactics I (3:3:0) This course is an analysis of the nature of fire problems and selection of initial strategies and tactics, including an in-depth study of efficient and effective use of manpower and equipment to mitigate the emergency. The student will recognize potential scenarios in various fire situations, select and implement strategies and tactics and describe components of an incident management system.
