HECO 1322 - Personal Nutrition


(3:3:0) This course is a study and application of basic nutrition and fitness concepts. Practical experiences are provided through laboratory time including: computer analysis of individual nutritional status evaluated through blood analysis, and in-depth fitness evaluation.
