Offered at the Levelland Campus,  the Lubbock Center (Lubbock), and the Plainview Extension Center

Office Administration offers a Customer Service Representative Certificate program.  This certificate, developed in cooperation with local business and industry, is designed to provide skills in communication, human relations, and computers. As businesses continue to experience growth and intriguing competition with other similar businesses, offering the best customer service available to clients, associates, vendors, and customers is not only a priority but a necessity.  Your training will assist you in learning the concepts that will help increase a company’s customer service, image, and reputation.

Keyboarding competency of 20 words a minute with five or fewer errors is strongly recommended before entering the certificate or associate degree plans.  This is a TSI-waived certificate.  Students declaring this major are not subject to the TSI regulations unless they enroll in a course outside the prescribed curriculum.

Program advisor on the Levelland Campus is Krisha Hoelscher, instructor in business.  Program advisors at the Lubbock Center are Pat Dennis, professor of office administration and Jeannie Coggins, associate professor of office administration.  The Plainview Extension Center advisor is Camille Lewis, counselor.
