PHED 1138 - Sport Conditioning


This course will be taught like a boot camp regiment and will include: basic stretching and calisthenics, agility drills, spinning, swimming, speed development, plyometrics, boxing movements (both eye, hands and feet work), sports movements, (balance, coordination, reaction time), aerobics and Bosu training.Semester Hours: 1Lecture Hours: 0Lab Hours: 3
